It's pretty tricky by all accounts. Special inks, nibs.
people have done it though, and continue to.

But, for anyone with access to a laser printer or copier
(not a modern high-speed one) I recommend Press'n'Peel Blue.
Works for me, with a bit of practice.
(P'n'P blue is the blue sheet you photocopy onto, then
iron the toner onto a PCB for the resist)
