I see their sample matrix has a '15-segment interpolated fingertip slider
control (replaces a volume control)'.

I wonder how many segments they can manage max ?
Stick led bar graphs under a panel of sliders, and you could have a cool
synth programming interface, with visual feedback of recalled patch
parameters...
