[EFM] Pitch/Voltage converter board ready at EFM

It's my honor to be able to help in some small way. EFM is pleased
to handle sales and distribution of the Harry Bissell PV-1. Harry
did all of the work, got permission from Dr. Moog to go ahead with 
the project and actually had the pcb's made. He deserves 100% of 
the credit for this board being available. Thank you Harry and thanks
go to Bob Moog too.

I can take orders for the PV-1 now. The boards will be ready to ship 
in about 14 days. At the top of your response please state how many 
you want and what you expect the total to be.

Note: If you want to use the PV-1 for poly-guitar you will need 6.
