Power Supply Questions

How much current do you need ???  Do you have regulated +- 12 Volts now (or
just unregulated ???) How well regulated should the bipolar 9V be ???

If you put 4 diodes in series... the voltage drop is around 2.8 volts... so
you could hook
them up like this

+12V-------->|------>|------>|------->|------+9V

-12V---------|<------|<------|<--------|<------ -9V

Dont forget some caps on the 9V side.
Crude yes... effective yes.... cheap very!!!!

Need a little less... use 5 diodes...  (1N4002 or higher voltage OK)
