easy way to make a sawtooth if you dont need tri wave @ the same time...
if you use a integrator/comp osc style for tri wave [use 1/2 13600 for v/c 
integrator]  - suppose your input res to the int = 100k - around this res [ 
in parallel with it] you put a 1k res + diode [d+ r in series] this means 
that the integrator charges thru a 100 k res but dischg thru a 1kres - it's 
not an infinite dischg rate like an ideal sawtooth but then your audio ccts 
donthave infinte bandwidth either.. and it's simple.. addition of a switch 
gives tri/saw option..
addition of a fet or 4066 analog switch to this point should also give easy 
sync option but I havent tried it
