This really sounds like PMI's OP-07CP. It's a OP-07 in plastic 8-pin (that
part you know) with a Vos MAX of 150 uV (you can get them in 25, 75 and
150 uV offset voltage). It's titled "Ultra-low offset voltage operational
amplifier". Pinning:

Vos Trim 1    8 Vos Trim
    In - 2    7 V+
    In + 3    6 Out
    V-   4    5 N.C.

I am sure that you can fetch the datasheet at Analog Device's website.

I would put these into use.
