TR-606 switch question

Sitting here staring at my lobotomized 606 some more, I notice that 
main volume control VR8 (missing) has an integral switch, which I 
assume is the unlabeled switch in the power supply. Also, there are 
four mounting holes for the pot, all of which are part of the ground 
plane on top but are isolated on the bottom. I assume that I need to 
jumper these four pads to ground as the holes aren't plated through.

Now that I look at it some more, VR1 (also missing) appears to have 
the same sort of thing going on with the mounting holes.

Have I got this right? Does anyone know what the nominal voltage for 
the AC adapter is (thought I saw 9V somewhere)?
