DAC/Analog?

I've been thinking about the DAC thing again... I read the discussion from a
month ago again, and considered that this is going to give me a major
headache...
I wanted to go 16 bit. But, what's left of my 16 bit after I run this signal
through the analogs? Especially the glide circuit bothers me... (I put it in
the attachement again, sorry for your bandwidth...) I will use OTA 13700 or
other if needed...
After the glide circuit, there has to be a circuit to handle fine tuning and
slope... (summing amp, variable gain)
If I go 16 bit, with a 10V range, I'd need a noise level below 0.15mV to
benefit from the LSB... This with 3 or more opamps in the circuit, and an
OTA.
Any suggestions? I remember someone saying that it doesn't make much sens to
put a TL082 buffer after a 16 bit DAC...
Thanks
Roel
