Ask Roland. I don't know about Roland Belgium, but the people at Roland
Germany are very helpful. They sell service manuals and replacement
parts to private persons. I don't know the keyboard of the W30, but I
once had to disassemble the keyboard of the Roland A-80. This is next to
impossible if you don't know how to do it! So get the service manual.
For the A-80, it contains a detailed description how to unmount the
keys, and it was quite easy then.

Maybe the service manual contains some information about hidden
diagnostic routines in the W30's operating system. At least this is the
case for the Roland S-330.
