TR808 switch parts.... replacements?

I've fairly recently got my hands on a fairly beaten up '808, and I'd
really like to find replacements for about half-a-dozen of part of those
coloured switch assemblies.... 

I have all of the coloured caps, and I have a nice bag full of replacement
switches - it's just those damn black-plastic hinges that I'm having
difficulty with.... There was a small discussion recently about DIY plastic
moulding, but I'm afraid that these parts are too fiddly to make at home
(they look injection moulded and, if money were no object, I know of a
place that could make them for me - it's just that tooling costs are on the
high side :) )

So, any ideas? At the moment my '808 looks like a big smiley grin that has
been in a fight... lots of black spaces :(
