Electronotes and Synth-DIY CD

I'm all for getting the Electronotes collection published on CD ROM - of course
with Mr.Hutchin's permission.  One big reason I think this is a good idea is
that there's no need to kill a whole tree every time someone wants the
collection.  I can really only speak for myself, but I think that different
people are interested in different parts of the collection.  For me, I'm mostly
into the schematics and the basics of the circuit descriptions.  Most of the
math is over my head, not to mention un-interesting to me.
