Electronotes and Synth-DIY CD

I emailed Bernie over 6 months ago with the suggestion I take over
his distribution effort and pay him a royalty, as I have a copy center
that just keeps your masters on file and will copy them on demand.
It still would be some hassle for me to go over there and get them
but I don't think too many people will be forking over +$250 for the
complete collection anyway.  I never did get a reply.

I don't know about you guys, but I have
terrible luck with Adobe Acrobat.  It typically hangs my system when I
try and print something, or doesn't print what I want, or whatever.  This
is true for 4 systems I have at work and home.  So although I'm sure
many of you would get the EN collection on CD because the price would
be more approachable, I think the printed out version is preferrable.  But
it takes up a majority of a shelf in my book cabinet!
