I've got quite a bit new-old-stock 9xxx series logic sitting around. They're flatpacks, with date codes around 1973. I found bags and bags of them in a dumpster when ITT Technical Institute was remodeling and tossed a bunch of stuff. They must be worth a quite a bit as gold scrap, but I'm going to hang on to them, as they're too cool looking to melt down..
