Capacitor Voltage Codes

The letter codes correspond to tolerance:

C = +/-.25pf
D = +/-.5pf
F = +/-2%
G = +/-3%
J = +/-5%
K  = +/-10%
M =  +/-20%
Z = -20% to +80%

Also, there's temp coefficients:
NPO: 0 + +/-30% from -55c to +125c
X7R: +/-15% from -55c to +125c
Z5U: +22% to -56% from +10c to +85c
Y5V: +/-22% from -30c to +85c

This is all based on the Mouser catalog. I'm sure there's some reference
out there that gives all the letter codes/combinations but I haven't
looked for it.
