Wouldn't it be a VTL5C9? There's something in 
http://www.perkinelmer.com/Opto-110/vactrols.htm
They were made by EG&G Optoelectronics, bought by Perkin Elmer.


While we are at it, I ask: does someone here have Spice models for
Vactrols (or any analog opto-isolator)? I tried at their website but
that's nothing there. They said:
