I second this!! I'd love to see a Synth-DIY CD-ROM, as well as an Electronotes
CD, if anyone can talk Bernie into it. (Hell freezes over first?).

As a recent recipient of nearly the entire Electronotes collection (there was an
"everything" package offer on the Midwest Analog Products website), I can say
fairly definitively that Bernie can't be making any money on this. The
"everything" deal was $245, if memory serves me right. I still haven't got all
the stuff filed and categorized. The collection arrived in several sizable
boxes, and must be many thousands of pages. Even with a quantity discount at
Kinko's you couldn't break even.
It would be nice if Bernie was paying some sort of residuals to the many
contributors. Oh, yeah--as I was warned by some of you, my Electronotes
collection took months to arrive. What the guy really needs is a research
librarian to archive his stuff in some sort of sensible way. (Maybe on a CD...).
Just make sure that us Mac users can read the CD, too! :)
Apropos, I vote for the PDF format.
Regards,
-PRH
