Fan noise madness!!

[John Speth]

Maybe 7 years ago (memory not guaranteed), Electronic Musician magazine ran
an article on this problem.  They presented some nice inexpensive solutions
and some real pricey ones.  I even think there was a reference to a
motor-free "fan".
