Yes, of course, and I have first hand experience of this. I need to turn
the freq pot of my filters in my poly everytime I switch on, otherwise I
get nought out of the thing. The solotuion was nearer to hand than I had
thought.
And, someone pointed out that the OTA's output only sees a fixed
voltage. This may indeed have benefits in terms of HF stability.
