klm 366 - "lenses"

Hi all,

I found a 13600 on my dead korg polysix klm366B voice board
(Or was it 367 ?). And it works for the serge SVF.
(To be correct : not the voice board was dead, but the
microcontroller board. You all can imagine why.)

but another question : I also found (on the top left corner
of the voice board) 3 resistors with the caption "TH1", "TH2",
"TH3". They are black and look like lenses. I supposed, that
these are tempcos, and tried them out. They all have 100 Ohm,
and, surprisingly, with cooling down, the resistance INCREASED.
The tempcos I know behave reverse, i.e. increasing resistance
by warming up.

What are these "lenses" ?

(I tried to use them as tempcos for the exp stage of a VCO,
between the output of the CV-suming-OPAmp and the base of the
first exp transistor. It worked nice !)

J.S.
