Attack dependant decay/sustain

You need a Envelopegenerator, where the level to which the Attack rises
(lets call it "Attack level")is dependent from a velocity information
(or a Voltage, that also determines the Attack rate). The range of the
attack-level had to be between "sustain real" and "sustain max".
