weird dual diodes

I wonder if anyone can advise me on two rather weird
looking 'dual diodes' inside my ibanez/maxim 'flying
pan', this device is a panner/phaser stomp box and is
excellent. I want to build a copy, but I'm stuck on
these devices. In one end there are two wires, in the
other end there are three. They have an arrow pointing
to the three leg end, they are desinated 'd1' an 'd2',
they have HTV inscribed on them an two kinds of part
number, those being P673-635-911 and BI 03, can I get
these bits or can I make 'em? many thanks, Ken
