So, after all :

the 13600 seems to be not available any more. 
The NE5517 is NOT equivalent to the 13600 (Thanks, JH).
And I tried the trimmer idea of J.Bergfors in different modifications,
sorry, but for the filter it doesn't work at all.

My conclusion is : The MS20 filter clone of Rene Schmitz (thats NOT me!)
seems to be the best design for rebuilding "vintage" filters, which make use
of the 13600. The same design could be used for the serge SVF. And
it works very well, I tried it out.

(And how long will the 3080 be available ???????   ~8-o   )
