CV Keyboard interface

Once again...

I've built the following keyboard interface, but i
don't get it to work. ALl the resistors are
functioning fine, the chips and transistors are allso
fine. The caps am i not sure of though, but i believe
that they work fine. All the soldering points are
fine. 
As FET i use a 2N4092.
EVERYTHING seems fine...

Please look at the scheme and HELP ME!
