Hi people ,
actually there is schematic for ckt that performs described function
it was published in Elektor in december 1996. by H. Bonekamp
it is floating around net because I have html document that describe ckt
( with schematic + graphic example with triangle wave ) 
it uses two pots , but to generate comparator voltage thresholds so
adding CV control is no problem .
Unfortunately , I got that html from friends cdrom so I have no idea
where is that paper on web . Ckt is named " Harmonics generator " so
you could try your luck on google .
If someone really want it quickly I could send it via email
