Bascially you are saying that if you use it in a modular setup, you
should have input buffers to get into a controled impedance case, right?

Naturally, having trimmers is of your taste ;)

Yeah, it looks like a good little chip. Some migth be offended by
price, but if you look at the full price of a box, I often find that
individual components (when in low count) does not change the total
price that much, but may very well greatly affect the "feel" you get
from it. So, better components or added components can be a small
investment for a much better sound and feel. Sometimes can cheap stuff
do the "right thing" thought, and then there is not real replacement,
is there?
