The Moog/Bode version is slightly different. For example, the 735 Dome
Filter (AKA 90 degree PDN) uses
the nasty RC4136 op amp, and the Moog uses a Darlington buffer stage.

Tony Clark has the Moog modular service manual, which contains the
Moog/Bode version, at his web site.  Otherwise, I have an original print of
the Moog service manual, I can copy/snailmail or scan/email the pages you
need.
