Holtek "Voice Echo" chip

Aaron, I've got one sitting here!( Scotland/UK), I've
still to use it. Maplin in the UK stock a variety of
Holteck chips including this one.
I've got an article published in ETI/practical
electronics some where kicking about, I'll try and
find it...
