It's Swedish....

"En kallkorv i smörpapper"  means something like  "a cold sausage in a 
greaseproof paper"  (svenskar: kom gärna med en bättre översättning!)

"Bröööööööööööööööööööööööök!" = An old Swedish term for synthetic sounds 
that are heavily distorted, modulated, weird and real cool.
Usually "Bröööööööööööööööööööööööök!"-sounds are made by huge modulars and 
real big or heavily modified analog synthesizers.
