Legally, if a ckt is not actually oficially patented, then 
anyone can use it commercially, no matter what the opinions and 
wishes of the inventor.
I'm not saying this is morally justified, just stating the law.

BH promoted Electronotes membership as a 'club' for the 
exchange of synth ideas. So much of the material in EN was in fact
supplied by subscribers, entirely without payment (some of these
people are on this list to this day!). So I think that for some 
ckts at any rate, republishing is not unjustified. So fart as
legality is concerned, they would have to be redrawn. Again, this
makes no sense, like so much of the law.
