I dont like it to, just the merly suspisiousness
about someone using my publiced designs for comercial
use would piss me off. And if i would found out i would
for sure use the sledge hammer on that person who does
the penetration.

It IS illegal if a clear copyright statement is on the paper,
it dosent matter if the person who uses the copyrighted design
for comercial usage has wiped the copyright out and claims
that it was not copyrighted.

The problem is that it all started with a Juergen design
and that design later ended up in a Doepfer rack unit!

Now, has Doepfer "ever" made a statement about this on this list!

If he was so great as he sometimes seams to be horrayed by
other folks he would have the courage to make a statement
here on the list to clear the thing out! Right?

Allso certain DIY list members shall not forget about the
Electronotes copying that took place, that is illegal no
matter what you think.Yes i agree about Mr B hutchkins
strange ideas etc and all that hassle and stress created,
no im not going to debate that again, im just "mentioning"
a violation of a copyright!
