PSU PCB's

Very novice, i know.... :o)

Has anyone got any jpegs (or other images) of schematic and PCB designs for
Power Supply designs?

I've never built one before but i needto design a UK/230V PSU with a
+12V, -12V and 5V outputs. I do have a schematic already (based upon a Jen
SX1000 PSU) but it has some symbols i am not familiar with.

If anyone wants a scan of this then let me know.
