Possibly.. the fairchild 923, also often coded 9923 is jk flipflop RTL .. I
got the data sheet here..! its in an 8 pin round pack, most prolly an epoxy
rather than can.. like a 8 pin to105 pack.. I dont know if these were ever
'ua' 923, but if it's the epoxy 8pin, its a good bet..
