Hi Michael
You can buy keyboard assembly from most electric "church" organ
manufactures, a little persistence is sometimes needed.
Those guys are pretty close to DIY them self and are probably glad to help
you out.
In Germany there are also Bohm and Wersi, I don't know if they still sell
keyboards, but they certainly did so in the past.
