"WORKING with synthesizers"

Brendan and List,

Well, it just seems that we have a few openings in our engineering
department at my work. Most of them are software positions, but I know
we're looking for at least one hardware engineer. We've been interviewing
all year for this position, and we've found two things: One, either the
person is really qualified engineering wise and totally dumb on synths, or
the person has all the drive in the world for synths but were so green
they'd have to be mowed.

Brendan, if you'd like to move to Sunny California - check out
www.emu.com/co_info/employment.html, and submit a resume. To help your
chances, get in direct contact with our HR director, Christine Silver. You
can submit a resume to emu at resume.isearch.com, or mail it to the address
on the page.

This goes for all the other DIYers too. Anyone with enough background in
engineering to design a synth (nobody here, right? ;-) ) should consider
this if they're interested.

Hope this helps,

The Proteus (AkA Joe Grisso)
Hardware Engineer,
E-Mu Systems, Inc.
