"WORKING with synthesizers"

This is probably one of many longshots ,but what the
heck!. 

I am hopefully Just aboput to graduate (touch wood)
from an electronics B.Sc (hons in electronic
engineering). The reason I took the course was because
I liked synth's. I am now looking for work and my
dream job would be to be able to work with
synthesizers. However I would be interested in any
audio work (home and away). any body got any ideas
where I should look!. Sorry this email is not directly
about DIY synth stuff, but I dont have a clue where to
start.
