MIDI=>Triggers box?

	Hey folks,

Well, still a newbie at this. Work has taken me away from DIY projects
for a while.

I'm tweaking my kit down a bunch, trying to make it so I don't have to
lug so many heavy synths around - and as such, am picking up quite a few
little analogue toys.

I need something to trigger them - here's my ideal box: I want to
buy/build a box with 15 1/4" jacks on the top of it, in five rows of
three. The box will also have MIDI-in and MIDI-thru jacks on the side.
The rows of jacks will be arranged in order of speed - the first set of
three will output a trigger on every whole note - the second outputs a
trigger on every half-note, the third row on every quarter, the fourth
on every eighth, the fifth on every sixteenth, the sixth on
thirty-seconds, etc. Or, alternatively, ten triggers with ten knobs to
set the trigger-value. Or something.

I'm tired of lugging around a Korg DDD-1 drum machine to provide the
arpeggiator-clock trigger for the Juno-60 and PolySix. I have a few
other bits of gear to trigger as well, and that DDD-1 just doesn't fit
into my musical style in the slightest - in fact, it's big, heavy, and
sounds like crap.

I'm sure something like this exists, but I can't find it. Does anyone
know where I can get schematics of something like this, or a kit, or
pointers, or ANYTHING? Is this common, and I just don't know what it's
called?

	Cheers,
	- Drew.
