Making a simple VCO!

Please help I hav bought an LM565cn IC with the hope
of making a simple VCO for a midi to CV project
however I cannot Figure out how to wire up the LM565
to use the VCO  I cannot find the information I need
on the data sheet can anyone tell me how to do it or
let me know where I can find a schematic. 

any help would help!
