Synthfool Gone, where for DIY sites?

What about Tony's or Ander's place. I have Synthfool complete on
CD. I still want to do the DIY CD and I have everything just no
time to organize it. I am going to release a bunch of "advanced"
series modules after the first of the year and though that would be
a good time to release the CD too. I never got permission from
Kevin to include synthfool. Maybe I can get it approved before
he takes his site down.
