i feel quite dumb to ask, but what's reciprocal?

if it means linking from their page to yours because you linked them, there
can be several reasons:
1) they don't know you linked them
2) if they feel your page is not of much use, or if they simply dislike the
page for _whatever_ reason, it would be weird to link it anyway, just
because it is known to be 'standard netiquette', wouldn't it? (no offence
ofcourse, i am not saying that i feel your pages sucks, however it might be
that others do so).
