Remove H from HADSR?

Should be quite easy. You need to remove 2M pot, cap
and diode and connect inverter output to input
resistor of schmitt trigger made of two other inverters.
I think it's simple cap charging cct that fires schmitt
when it reaches treshold (and delay - hold time is 
determined from RC value). Diode is just a dicharge path.
