I think it is possible to override the digital control and use a potmeter,
but the synth is degraded in its functions. You cannot store and recall
patches etc. The ADSR is probably digitally generated, so sounds become very
static. Maybe add switches for each pot?
Of course you must decide for yourself, but I think you will not gain
anything.
