Recruiting Agencies serve a purpose, but...
1) They make money by putting you in "A JOB" but maybe not the right job for 
you and your employer...

2) Often they sell a job that is in the newspaper, or internet anyway.
Do your own research.

3) DO NOT PAY a recruiting agency. The company should pay that.

H^) Harry (who got his first job in the industry from an agency... and then 
was still paying HIMSELF after the job was gone !!!)
