Sync/Tempo box

One step ahead of you. I am currently working on just such a project.
It will sync to external midi clock and drive up to 3 MIDI or DIN devices at
the same tempo.

However, you can do things like 2x, 1/2x speed for each output and you can
add shuffle!

Each output port can be started/stopped/pulsed/reset at any time during
performance so you can do some interesting live tricks.

It will be done w/ an Atmel AVR and some glue logic.

I have also considered putting an internal clock generator w/ coarse and
fine tempo knobs along with the push/pull speed controls you often find on
DJ CD players, but that will have to wait until the first prototype is
finished.
