Scanning docs

Hi Theo,

I don't think I can do HTML as such.  That would require OCR into text
and scanning the images separately as JPG's - unfortunately I just don't
have the time for that.  Also it would mean struggling with
OmniPage!(yuck)

Given those constraints along with the file size problem, I think it
will have to be JPGs.
