	I'm probably way out of line, but html seems best to me- with plain text 
and .jpg. The software I use (Pagis Pro- and Textbridge OCR-  free with my 
scanner) will, with a bunch of fiddling, do this.
	It may be way too much work, but it winds up being by far the fastest load 
time- just sensing text with only the drawings being .jpg- which would 
probably, being B&W, be smaller with .gif).
