farnell catalog

hi!

If someone just happends to have a scanner and
the 2000 farnell catalog could you do me a favor?
I was wondering about the switches used in the 
tb-303. According to the creator of the Devilfish
mod it is the SKHCAA switch from alps. If you have
the catalog could you please scan in the side with
the fact and pic of this switch and if you can find
also rotary switches used in the tb-303.
