You can build, I am pretty sure, a full wave rectifier with one op-amp, but,
I don't think it would qualify as a precision full wave rectifier (In my book,
precision rectifier means 0 volt forward drop).
I always looked at it this way...this is what dual opamps are for.
I just took a look in the "Bible" (Analog devices Nonlinear Circuits
handbook) and could only find two op-amp designs.
