modding the roland re-201?

after an evening of fun, stony dub with my new pioneer tube reverb amp
and my old
roland re-201 space echo, i'm really wishing that the 201's "repeat
rate" knob had a voltage
input.  has anyone hacked into theirs to add this? my fingers are tired,
and i'd love to feed an
lfo to the thing to bring those great tape effects in and out...thx in
advance.
