The '705 is so ancient that Motorola has practically nothing about it 
online. You can still get a reasonably inexpensive burner for it but 
it seems almost pointless.

At this point I've virtually given up on Motorola, except for my 
venerable HC11. Atmel is starting to look very sexy...
