Thomas Henry's MIDI-to-CV Connection

Has anyone else out there built the Tom Henry 4 Voice MIDI-to-CV connection
published in ELECTRONIC MUSICIAN 7/89?  It's an inexpensive DIY project
based on the 68705 micro.
I'm wondering about the software listed with the article-- seems like it
would be more useful to include a MONO mode ... but I'm pretty much a
hardware hacker;  writing software has never been my strong suit.

Also -- does anyone have a link to Tom's website?
